Le Wast Weekend 2025

Le Wast came around again with good weather for the UK departure. Travelers crossed the channel by boat and train, meeting at various way stations. After a quick hop across the channel and a 35-minute drive, we arrived at the Chateau, greeted by Nadege and her husband Guillaune in the kitchen.

For the newcomers, the journey to Le Wast was straightforward. Once settled, we gathered for a delightful evening meal of fantastic French cuisine, feeling like returning family.

The next day, everyone enjoyed breakfast before exploring local attractions and landmarks. The weather remained pleasant, ensuring a great day out. In the evening, we dined with minimal formalities: a thank you message from our Prior and a toast to absent friends. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with partners and fellow Knights Templar members.

As breakfast wrapped up, it was time for some to depart while others stayed on for extra days. Everyone had a thoroughly enjoyable weekend.

Plans for a return are already underway, the next Le Wast Weekend will be March 13th-15th 2026!
